FTX Jokes About Internally Losing $50 Million in Crypto

We here at FTX have a bit of good news and bad news to share. The good news is that at least one of our traders hasn't lost $50 million in crypto – although, it was quite a close call! The bad news is that we've been joking about it internally.

It all started when one of FTX's traders made a seemingly innocent comment about how they almost lost $50 million in crypto. Their comment was taken as an inside joke among the team and thus, the meme soon spread around FTX. It even got to the point where certain members of the team were 'daring' each other to actually do it.

Of course, this isn't actually something we encourage or even take lightly here at FTX. We understand that crypto trading can be risky business and thus, we are careful to ensure that our traders always behave in a responsible manner. Not only do we have strict rules and regulations in place, but we also provide plenty of training opportunities so that all our traders can remain up-to-date with the latest information.

At the end of day, despite how funny and light-hearted the initial comment may have been, it's important for us to remember just how important it is to treat crypto trading with the respect it deserves. At FTX, we take this seriously and strive to make sure all our traders act sensibly.
